To improve work efficiency for collecting map data.SOLUTION: An output device 10 comprises an acquisition unit 11 for acquiring peripheral information indicative of an object around a mobile body from a sensor placed at the mobile body, a determination unit 12 for determining whether it is necessary for the acquisition unit 11 to acquire peripheral information again or not on the basis of peripheral information, and an output unit 13 for, if the determination unit 12 determines that it is necessary to acquire peripheral information again, outputting at least one of information indicating the necessity of re-acquisition of peripheral information and information for controlling movement of the mobile body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
