PURPOSE: To reduce wear of a battery by inhibiting the supply of power to a remote control signal output circuit from the battery other than the time when the outputting of a remote control signal is desired.
CONSTITUTION: A switching element 20 is provided between an output terminal of the batter and the remote control transmission control circuit 5. The switching elemen 20 is turned on when a remote control switch 1c is turned on and the power supply to the control circuit 5 is started. A delay circuit 4 retards an ON-signal of the remote control switch 1c, that is, the remote control start signal for a prescribed time and it retards the start operation of the transmission control circuit 5 from the power supply start by a prescribed time. Through the constitution above, the wear of the battery is reduced. Further, just after application of power, it is prevented that a faulty signal is outputted through the instable operation of the control circuit.
