Abstract:
To provide a plasma display device that can obtain a smooth video image without unnaturalness, in the case of conversion from a film source adopting the 2-3 pull-down system into an NTSC signal.
In the case of the 2-3 pull-down processing of a film source, an input side makes an operation synchronously with an input signal and an output side, after the processing outputs a signal at a refresh rate of an original image of the film source through independent synchronization processing to obtain a smooth video image without unnaturalness.
