Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stabilize the power of a laser array by monitoring the laser power of any one of a plurality of laser light emission sources and controlling the other lasers with the output of the monitoring means.
CONSTITUTION: A multiple laser diode chip 1 has laser diodes LD1, LD2,..., LDn. The laser power light of the diode LD1 is incident to an optical fiber 2, and is emitted to a photodiode 3. The output of the photodiode 3 is applied through an operational amplifier 4 and a differential amplifier 5 to laser driver stages 6, 7....
