To provide an output method capable of providing smooth lateral movement by absorbing force apply direction component of up-and-down motion of a rotary body although the up-and-down motion of the rotary body cannot be avoided since force applied on a force apply point includes reaction force in the force apply direction in an object angle conversion movement by the rotary body.
A force apply part 3 is installed separately from a center axis 2 of the rotary body 1 by a predetermined lateral movement distance, and a backing part 4 of the force apply part 3 is formed as one unit with a backing part support stand 6 which can be extended and contracted independently or by an extension and contraction tool 5, and a lower part stand 8 having a rolling wheel 7 attached on a lower end. Consequently, smooth lateral movement can be provided by moving a provisional fulcrum up and down which is the force apply point at a time of lateral movement of the rotary body.
