PURPOSE: To speed up the switching of an energizing condition, and to prevent the complexity of a controller or hardware by providing plural output control means, and connecting them mutually in parallel.

CONSTITUTION: A parallel/serial converting means 130 is connected to the output port of a digital control means 100. First set and second set output control means 140 including respective serial/parallel converting means are connected in parallel to the output of the converting means 130. Since the control means 100 latches and outputs a signal corresponding to the number of the bits of the converting means 130 by a latch means, the load of software is small. Therefore, the energizing condition of equipment connected to the output control means 140 can be updated at high speed. In addition, a synchronizing signal used for the transmission of a serial signal between the converting means 130 and the output means of each set is generated by a synchronizing signal generating means 160. Further, since the synchronizing signal can be shared by the plural output control means, a hardware constitution can be simplified.
