This outrigger device comprises an inner cylinder 1 pivoted by a base 4 of a crane, an outer cylinder 2 slidably engaged with the outside of the inner cylinder 1, the outrigger cylinder 3 which is arranged inside the inner cylinder 1 and of which the upper part is pivoted by the upper part of the inner cylinder, a float 7 connected with the lower part of the outrigger cylinder 3 so as to be turnable, a stay 5 disposed in the lower part of the base, and a link 6 of which one end is pivoted to the stay 5 and the other end is pivoted to the outer cylinder 2. Only the outrigger cylinder 3 is made telescopic by fixing the outer cylinder 2 to the stay 5 with a fixing pin 23. Both the outrigger cylinder 3 and the outer cylinder 2 are made telescopic by fixing the outer cylinder 1 to the outrigger cylinder 3 with the fixing pin 23.
