PURPOSE: To enable tracts traveling front and rear wheels to match a track without performing the longitudinal-steering by tires, by adding a function for freely moving the track traveling crane in the floating state in the width direction to an outrigger device of the track traveling crane.
CONSTITUTION: When a track traveling crane in the floating state is moved to the left, opening and closing valves 24a, 24a are closed, an opening and closing valve 27 is opened, and pressure chambers on rod sides of horizontal cylinders 15a, 15b provided on right and left outrigger devices are communicated with each other through a second communication pipe 28. Next, when solenoid valves 22 are switched to the right side, operating oil is allowed to flow into the pressure chamber on the head side of the right side horizontal cylinder 15b through first and second branched supplying pipes 21a, 21b so as to move the rod to the right, and operating oil in the pressure chamber on the rod side is allowed to flow into the pressure chamber on the rod side of the left side horizontal cylinder 15a, so as to contract the rod. As a result, the track traveling crane in the floating state is moved to the right side direction.
