Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outrigger device capable of rotating a vertical outrigger between a storage posture and a grounding posture with man power without using power of a hydraulic cylinder even when the outrigger device itself is enlarged or mounted on a large truck.SOLUTION: An outrigger device 10 comprises: a hollow base 11; a lateral outrigger 12 fitted into the base 11 and overhanging sideway from the base 11 during operation; a vertical outrigger 20 connected to a side end of the lateral outrigger 12 through a manually rotatable rotation mechanism 4; and an assist mechanism 6 for applying posture holding force in a storage posture in which a grounding part of the vertical outrigger 20 is directed upward and a grounding posture in which the grounding part of the vertical outrigger 20 is directed downward, and assisting an operation of manually rotating the vertical outrigger to each posture with accumulated energizing force accumulating elastic energy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
