To provide an outside air introduction air conditioning system excellent in application of underfloor air.
An outside air introduction air conditioning system 1 includes: an outside air introduction part 11 for introducing outside air into a duct 12 arranged under a floor of a building 2; a heat pipe heat exchange part 13 for performing heat exchange between outside air introduced into the duct 12 and air in an underfloor space; and an outside air supply part 15 for introducing the outside air air-conditioned through the heat pipe heat exchange part 13 into rooms 4. The heat pipe heat exchange part 13 includes a plurality of heat pipes 14. The heat pipes 14 are laid through a top plate part of a housing of the heat pipe heat exchange part 13. Heat input parts of the heat pipes 14 are located in the housing of the heat pipe heat exchange part 13 and heat discharge parts of the heat pipes 14 are located in the underfloor space above the heat pipe heat exchange part 13.
