To provide an outside heat insulating wall capable of preventing the decrease of a heat insulation effect due to a thermal bridge such as a heat bridge and a cool bridge or the like, preventing the dropout of an exterior wall by fire and preventing the dropout of the exterior wall by the attenuation of a thermal insulating material.

The outside heat insulating wall structure is constituted by integrally supporting an intermediate thermal insulating material, an internal wall located on one side thereof and the exterior wall located on the other side thereof by a supporting member locating one end side inside the internal wall by passing through the thermal insulating material and locating the other end side inside the exterior wall, one of a recess engaging the exterior wall and the thermal insulating material by engaging with each other, a projected section, a recessed groove, a projected stripe and a combination of these is provide to the side facing the exterior wall side of the thermal insulating material, a wire mesh is placed to the inside of the exterior wall along the thermal insulating material, a joiner abutting on the thermal insulating material is screwed to the inside of the inner wall of the supporting member, and a nut body is screwed to the end, the joiner abutting on the thermal insulating material is screwed to the inside of the inner wall of the supporting member, and a packing member holding the wire mesh placed along the thermal insulating material is provided.
