To provide an OVD transfer foil having: a transferability where a transfer layer easily peels from a support object only during transfer and does not easily peel in the other period; high durability where the OVD is protected from physical and chemical damage; and flexibility where a crack or the like does not occur even if a transfer part of the medium to which the transfer layer is transferred, and also to provide an anti-counterfeit medium that is resistant to the physical and chemical damage, has high flexibility, prevents the optical effect of the OVD from being lost by the physical and chemical damage, and has high preventing effect of counterfeit and alternation.
In this OVD transfer foil having the transfer layer formed by stacking a peel protective layer having peelability from the support object, an OVD forming layer, an OVD effect layer, and an adhesive layer on the support object at least in that order. The peel protective layer contains polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and polyamide resin, and the content of the PMMA is 1 wt.% and that of the polyamide resin 0.005-0.5 wt.%.
