Abstract:
To provide an oven in which inner temperature is kept substantially uniform without any relation wherever a food may be placed in a rack.
An oven is comprised of a frame-like main body 2 defining a heating chamber; a rack 8 having two opposing perforated side walls 12 and placed inside the frame-like main body 2 so as to form the first and second side spaces 13A, 13B; a blower device 14 installed on a back wall 7 of the frame-like main body 2; and a diffuser 15 for guiding air discharged by the blower device. The diffuser 15 for guiding air discharged by the blower device and heated is directed only toward the first side space and the blower device draws air only from the second side space.
