PURPOSE: To economize the energy at a small quantity of cooking by a method wherein the movable plate is provided as free in rise and fall at a central part of an oven apparatus which being enabled to divide a chamber into two parts as an upper and lower part by horizontally projecting the movable plate part of which plate supporting part supports an oven plate.

CONSTITUTION: The movable plate part 3, the air exhaust hole 4, the intake holes 5, 6 and the exhaust port 7 are arranged on the rear wall 2 of the oven apparatus 1. The movable plate 3 is arranged in such a manner that located at the center of the rear wall, having a length same as the whole width of the rear wall, fixed to the axis 23 as rotatable by being supported its one end and arranged free in rise and fall at the condition enable to be placed parallel with the rear wall 2 and horizontally projected from the rear wall 2. The several parts of the plate holder 21 are arranged on the inside wall 8. When the oven plate 9 is placed on a pair of plate holder, the rear end of the oven plate 9 is attached on the projected movable plate 3 front end of the oven plate 9 is attached on the door 10, then the oven apparatus is divided into the two parts. Thereby, a small quantity of cooking is performed in the upper or lower divided part in the oven apparatus in which the one plate among the oven plates 9 is placed on the plate holder 21 arranged at adequate position.
