Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically avoid the generation of troubles based on the over load of a servo amplifier by detecting and warning to a press controller when the servo amplifier is lain at the just before the state of over load.
SOLUTION: When a servo system of a servo amplifier 24 is made to the state of over load, a servo alarm is outputted to a feeder controller 23 and a heart logic 28. With the command of the heart logic 28, a magnet contactor 25 is cut, and a magnet contactor 27 is connected. At the same time, a clutch 9a is cut, a clutch 9b is connected and a press slide 3 and a feeder device 2 are stopped rapidly. At this time, before reaching to outputting the alarm, when the servo amplifier 24 is at the just before state of being over loaded, the warning signal is outputted from the servo amplifier 24 to the press controller 5. Depending on this signal, the speed reduction treating command is emitted from the press controller 5 to a motor driver 6.
