Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overcoat liquid for inkjet printing which improves fastness of pigment ink without impairing discharge reliability; an ink set for inkjet printing; and a coating method.SOLUTION: An overcoat liquid for inkjet printing contains a water dispersible resin, a water soluble organic solvent having a plurality of hydroxyl groups in a molecular structure, a crosslinkable component, and water. This structure can improve fastness of pigment ink without lowering discharge reliability such as clogging.SELECTED DRAWING: None
