Abstract:
To provide an overcoating agent for color filters having an excellent flaw resistance, solvent resistance and surface smoothness and a good adhesiveness to a transparent electrode layer.
This overcoating agent for color filters contains the org. metal compd. (A) expressed by the equation: M(OR1)p (where M denotes a metal element; R1 may be the same or different and denotes a hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group or acyl group; (p) denotes a positive integer coinciding with the valance of the metal element M) and/or its hydrolysis condensate, an amino group-contg. silane coupling agent (B), compds. having functional groups reacted with amino groups in molecules (C) and a solvent.
