Abstract:
To detect an overcurrent condition in accordance with a wire range of duty ratio.
The overcurrent protection circuit 12 is formed by a coil L1, a capacitor C1, a differential circuit 8, and a circuit made mainly of an overcurrent determination circuit 11. The differential circuit 8 detects a change in the voltage Vk of a node N4 based on a temporal variation of the capacitor C1 to set an output voltage V0. The overcurrent determination circuit 11 determines whether an overcurrent is supplied to an NMOS transistor 4 on the basis of an output result of the output voltage V0.
