Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an overcurrent protective circuit having high precision without being affected by an overcurrent in a leading edge of a circuit power source.
CONSTITUTION: A resistor 11 which is connected to a circuit power line and detects overcurrent and a transistor 12 connected to the detecting resistor 11 are provided. By a Zener diode 13 for regulating the passing of an output voltage of the transistor 12 and a thyristor 15 operated by the voltage passing the Zener diode 13 and a resistor 16 for limiting a current for holding the operation of the thyristor 15, the overcurrent is detected, and by the operation of the thyristor 15, an operation of a switching oscillation IC 4 is stopped.
