An overhanging passage is installed between building frames E1 and E2 where a tread board D1 in an installation object position among tread boards D erected in a construction scaffold C is erected. A rotary passage 2, which is supported at a base end in such a manner as to be freely raised/brought down and which is to be put into the protruding state of being flush with the tread board D1 in a horizontal state, is installed to be positioned in the lateral central portion of the tread board D1.
