To obtain overlapped forms, the side parts of which are releasably pasted together through a weak adhesive so as to allow a form to be separated from the other forms when necessary by a method wherein the shape of bonding parts, through which the side parts of the forms are pasted together, are formed properly.
Releasing varnish coating parts 7, on each of which a plurality of varnish non-coated patterns 8 having one and the same shape inclined to the same direction with the same angle to the longitudinal direction of the side part are set side by side at a certain pitch under the state being very close to each other along the respective opposing surfaces 4 of opposing side parts 2a and 3a or of opposing side parts 2b and 3b, are provided by coating releasing varnish thereon under the state that the forms 2 and 3 are overlapped with each other. Then, the weak adhesive 5 is coated one each releasing varnish coating part 7 so as to cover the varnish non- coated patterns 8, resulting in releasably pasting together the side parts 2a and 3a and the side parts 2b and 3b through the weak adhesive 5 locating at the intersecting points of the overlapping varnish non-coated patterns 8 as the result of the intersection of the varnish non-coated patterns 8 of one opposing surface 4 and the varnish non- coated patterns 8 of the other opposing surface caused through the overlapping of the forms 2 and 3 with each other.
