PURPOSE: To eliminate a necessity for fixing an article storing bag to a dust cage every time the bag is emptied by a method wherein both opposing edges of a bag are provided with two connecting sections for connecting a plastic bag of each of the layers, a fixing section is present outside the two connecting sections, perforations leading to the opening edges of the bag are arranged at the outer circumference of the fixing section and aeration holes are formed at the central sections of both side surfaces of the bag.

CONSTITUTION: The inner-most plastic bag of a bag member 10 is pulled up with both hands holding the bent-back sections of a bag opening 12 of both side perforations 40. Since the inner-most plastic bag filled with dusts has a substantial weight, the bag becomes solid with its weight and the bag may easily be moved away from other plastic bag 10 due to soft state of each of the layers in the bag member 10 and so there is no possibility that they may not be pulled out together. In addition, the inner-most plastic bag is torn out relatively from the positions of the perforations 40 and the fixing sections 30, wherein the other plastic bag has connecting sections 20 adhered from each other and keeps its superior position and state within a dust cage.
