Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an overload preventing mechanism for an electromagnetic attraction actuator which absorbs and do not transmit an impact force during the oscillation of a control system to a submirror.
SOLUTION: An attraction plate 15 is provided slidably between a nut 12 and a stopper 13 of a driving shaft 11 and a submirror fitting part 16 is provided between the stopper 13 and a nut 14. Moreover, springs 20a and 20b are provided between the nut 12 and stopper 13 of the driving shaft 11 and between the stopper 13 and submirror fitting part 16 so that the attraction plate 15 abuts against the stopper 13 with a force larger than a normal attractive force applied by a coil 17 to the attraction plate 15.
