Abstract:
To provide an overshoot reduction circuit which reduces overshoot at the start up of a circuit of a switching regulator in a telecommunication field.
This overshoot reduction circuit stably starts up an output OUT from a ground level by fixing the output of an amplifier 6 to a reference voltage at the start up of a circuit and further makes the size of a power transistor for output small first at the start up of the circuit and then enlarges the size of the power transistor, after the DC voltage of the output has been stabilized.
