PURPOSE: To extend and shorten an extension sheet-supporting part in response to the height of the piled sheet to be fed for suitable supporting of the piled sheet and while feeding the sheet to be turned over for feeding to a paper feeding part in a short time by expansibly locating the extension sheet- supporting part in the sheet supporting part.

CONSTITUTION: An extension sheet-supporting part 8 provided in a sheet supporting part 6 of an overturn feeding device 3 is extended in response to a quantity of the piled sheet to load and support the piled sheet 1. Next, after all of the sheet 1 is passed through the sheet supporting part 6, the extension sheet-supporting part 8 is shortened, and an overturn feeding device 7 including the sheet supporting part 6 where the sheet 1 does not exist is stood up. The piled sheet 1 is thereby loaded, and the cycle time for turning over the sheet 1 and feeding it to a paper feeding part 2 is shortened.
