PURPOSE: To minimize the damage caused by misconnection of an AC power supply exceeding a rating to a receiver and to facilitate the grasping of the factor of a fault and restoration after occurrence of the fault in regard of a disaster prevention monitoring device which concentrically monitors the terminal information on a fire sensor, etc., placed at a terminal.
CONSTITUTION: A receiver means 10 is provided with a main power supply part 40 which receives supply of the external AC power of a prescribed rating and supplies the prescribed DC power voltage to a main circuit part 62, a voltage detecting part 46 which detects the voltage fault of the part 40 due to application of the non-rating AC power supply, and a switch part 44 which stops the supply of power to the part 46 from the part 40 by the detection output of abnormal voltage detected by the part 46. In such a constitution, the abnormal voltage detected by the part 46 is reported to a display part 38, etc.
