Abstract:
To provide a method capable of easily oxidizing hydrocarbons, hetero element-containing compounds and alcohols at low temperature.
In the method for oxidizing hydrocarbons, hetero element-containing compounds and alcohols in the presence of oxygen or air, alkoxy nitrides or/and alkoxy nitrates are used as the catalyst. Otherwise, a catalyst prepared by allowing metal elements or/and bromine compounds to be included in the said-mentioned catalyst as a co-catalyst is used.
