Abstract:

To obtain an oxidation hair dye or a bleaching agent composition capable of imparting long-lasting moistness and high collectibility to the hair, excellent in dyeing power/bleaching power, capable of uniformly dyeing (bleaching) the hair from its base to its top irrespectively of the degree of its damage, and excellent also in shampoo fastness (especially, areas considerably damaged by treatment with a chemical).

The oxidation hair dye or the bleaching agent composition comprises the following components (A) to (D): (A) an amino-modified highly polymerized silicone of a number-average molecular weight of 800 to 20,000, (B) a cationic polymer, (C) an oxidation dye intermediate or a direct dye (the bleaching agent composition contains neither of them), and (D) an oxidizing agent.
