Abstract:
To obtain an oxide ink capable of enabling conventional electronic parts to be stably produced by an inkjet method, and further to provide a method for producing the ink, and the method for producing the electronic parts.
The stable printing by the inkjet becomes possible by providing the oxide ink hardly causing sedimentation because the spontaneous sedimentation is prevented, and the oxide ink having higher safety can be provided by optionally using a water-soluble ink.
