Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce an oxide superconducting complex for preventing emergence of cracks and reduction in superconducting characteristics.
CONSTITUTION: The top of zirconia ceramics substrate is provided with a reaction layer between the zirconia ceramics substrate and an element contained in an oxide superconductor and the reaction layer is coated with a paste for superconductor comprising mixed power of powder for oxide superconductor and zirconia powder or subjected to spray coating with the mixed powder so as to increase the content of oxide superconductor by stages and then burnt.
