Title:
OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTING LAMINATED BODY AND ITS PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03275575
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve bond strength by bonding the bonding parts of noble-metal sheets with an adhesive consisting of a compd. contg. ≥2 kinds of elements constituting an oxide superconductor.

CONSTITUTION: The sheets 3 and 3' of noble metals such as Ag, Au and Pt having ≥900°C m.p. and ≥50μm thickness are placed on a substrate 1 of stainless steel, etc., through an inorg. adhesive 2, a pasty adhesive 5 contg. ≥2 kinds of elements constituting a superconductor based on Y-Ba-Cu-O, Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O, etc., is applied on the overlapped ends 4 of the sheets, and the adhesive is baked to bond the sheets to the substrate. A slurry of the powder of the oxide superconductor based on Y-Ba-Cu-O, Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O, etc., ethanol and a dispersant is then sprayed thereon to form a superconductor layer 6 having 50-5000μm thickness, and baked at about 800-1100°C in a gaseous O2 current to obtain a plate-shaped oxide superconducting laminated body.
