Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide higher superconducting property than a superconducting layer formed at an upper side by achieving high orientation of an intermediate layer having a CeOlayer.SOLUTION: There is provided an oxide superconducting wire 10 having a substrate 11, an intermediate layer 12 formed on the substrate 11 and a REBaCuO-based conducting layer 13, where Re represents one or more kind element selected from Y, Nd, Sm, Gd, Eu, Yb, Pr or Ho, formed on the intermediate layer 12. The intermediate layer 12 has a sputter CeOlayer 1251 formed by a sputter method and having a superconducting layer 13 laminated adjacent right above and a PLD-CeOlayer 1252 formed by the PLD method and having the sputter CeOlayer 1251 laminated with adjacent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
