Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain an oxide superconductor capable of exhibiting superconductivity at nitrogen liquefaction temperature or above by providing an oxide superconductor with a specific composition formula.

CONSTITUTION: An oxide superconductor is oxides of bismuth, vanadium, strontium, calcium and copper and expressed by the following composition formula. The composition formula BaαVβSrγCaδCuOx (α, β, γ, δ and represent number of mol of respective elements) α=2.0-β; 0.2≤β≤0.8; 1.8≤γ≤2.2; 1.8≤δ≤2.2; 2.7≤≤3.3).
