PURPOSE: To suppress the oxygen barrier property due to moisture-absorption from decreasing, and provide the stable and high oxygen barrier property for a log period of time from right after a processing by laminating an inorganic substance thin film layer on an oxygen barrier type resin composition layer consisting of at least a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and an oxidation catalyst.
CONSTITUTION: An inorganic substance thin film layer 2 of Al, Mg, Ca, etc., is laminated on an oxygen barrier type resin composition layer 1 consisting of at least a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVOH), preferably, EVOH of which the ethylene content is 22-48mol%, and of which the saponification degree is 99-100mol%, and an oxidation catalyst of an aluminum compound or ferrous sodium citrate, etc. By this method, a small amount of oxygen which tries to pass through the inorganic substance thin film layer due to pin holes or cracks, etc., is trapped in the EVOH layer containing the oxidation catalyst. At the same time, the quantity of oxygen which tries to pass through the EVOH layer is suppressed by the inorganic substance thin film layer, and a high oxygen barrier property can be obtained for a long period of time from the initial stage.
