Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentration control system in a drying system capable of estimating an oxygen concentration in the drying system of drying equipment in operation by calculation with high accuracy, and surely preventing dust explosion.SOLUTION: An oxygen concentration control system in a drying system in which water-containing organic wastes are circulated with a heated gas in drying equipment for drying the water-containing organic wastes and granulating organic powder, includes: an out-of-system discharge air amount calculation means 211 for calculating an out-of-system discharge air amount α(kNm/h) to be discharged to the outside of the drying system; a water vapor amount calculation means 212 for calculating a water vapor amount β(kNm/h) produced in the drying system; and oxygen concentration calculation means 213 for calculating an oxygen concentration C(vol.%) in the drying system from a formula (1) on the basis of the out-of-system discharge air amount α(kNm/h), the water vapor amount β(kNm/h), and the oxygen concentration γ=21(%) in the air supplied into the drying system.
