Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a compd., which is useful for condensation and equilibration of an organosilicon compd., quantitatively with high selectivity by reacting a specific oxygen-contg. chlorophosphazene with an organosilicon compd.
CONSTITUTION: This compd. of the formula I (wherein Z is an organosilicon bonded to P atom via. O atom; and n is 0.1-6) is obtd. by reacting oxygen-contg. chlorophosphazene (A) of formula II with at least one organosilicon compd. (B) comprising the unit of formula III (wherein R2 is H or a monovalent org, group; R3 is a monovalent org, group; c and d are 0, 1, 2 or 3, but c+d≤4). For the reaction, it is preferable, for example, to use 50-5,000 wt.% component B to the total weight of the component A, and under the reaction condition of 30-130°C, 900-1,100 hPa, etc.
