To provide an oxygen enrichment apparatus, wherein variation in supply amount or oxygen concentration of oxygen-enriched air is hardly caused even in case of variation in the ambient temperature.
The oxygen enrichment apparatus includes: a plurality of oxygen enrichment means 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d forming oxygen-enriched air; a supply port 2 supplying the oxygen-enriched air; a pipe 3 connected to the respective oxygen enrichment means 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d and leading the oxygen-enriched air to the supply port 2; a vacuum pressure generation means 4 generating vacuum pressure by the liquid flow; a switching means 5 switching the flow path of the pipe 3; and a detection means 6 detecting the pressure in the pipe 3 or the ambient temperature of the oxygen enrichment means 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d. The oxygen enrichment means 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d have oxygen enriching membranes 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d having different permeation flow characteristics, respectively. The flow path of the pipe 3 is switched by the switching means 5 depending on the pressure or temperature detected by the detection means 6, to control the flow rate of the oxygen-enriched air supplied from the supply port 2.
