To provide an oxygen enrichment machine with which mold or various germs are inhibited to be sucked together with oxygen enriched air by a user by washing the mold or the various germs generated by a drop of water by condensation particularly in a supply channel of the oxygen enriched air.
The oxygen enrichment machine is equipped with an oxygen enrichment means 2 which generates the oxygen enriched air, a discharge aperture 17 through which the above oxygen enriched air is discharged, the supply channel B7 which connects the oxygen enrichment means 2 and the discharge aperture 17, a liquid reservoir 8 in which the liquid for washing the inside of the supply channel B7 is stored and a liquid supplying means 10 which supplies the liquid from the liquid reservoir 8 into the supply channel B7. Also the oxygen enrichment machine washes the inside of the above supply channel B7 by supplying the liquid from the above liquid reservoir 8 into the supply channel B7 so that the inside of the supply channel is always clean since the liquid for washing in the liquid reservoir 8 can wash the supply channel B7 even when the mold or the various germs are generated by condensation in the supply channel B7.
