Abstract:
To provide a freezing and thawing machine in which a needed amount when needed is thawed by shortening a thawing time to eliminate thawing loss.SOLUTION: In the freezing and thawing machine: a freezing and thawing bath has a watertight structure of various kinds of tank walls 2 such as a round shape and a square shape with a single-layer wall or a composite wall inserted with a heat insulation material, and a fixed amount of thawing water 4 required according to use purposes is filled in the bath; safe oxygen-free gas 7 such as nitrogen gas and the like which are non-flammable or non-harmful for health is always filled and held in a space between a thawing water surface 5 and a tank wall upper end fringe; a thawing water drain valve 9 is mounted at a bottom plate 8 part in the tank penetrating the tank walls 2 or the bottom plate 8 in the tank; an openable/closable bath lid 10 for preventing the oxygen-free gas 7 or the thawing water 4 from leaking and scattering to an outside of the freezing and thawing bath is mounted on the tank wall upper end fringe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
