Title:
OXYGEN INTRODUCING AND SHUTTING-OFF SYSTEM FOR SINTERING FURNACE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3195530
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to repair at the time of damaging a belt in a short time by forming in a sintering furnace for sintering, for example, compact molding in an inert gas atmosphere, and attempting to improve the durability of a carbon conveyor belt.
SOLUTION: Shutters 123, 16, 17 are provided on the way of an atmosphere communicating passage communicating with the inlets 10a, 10b and an outlet 11 of a sintering furnace 1 to make it possible to shut off the passage by the shutters 13, 16, 17. Nitrogen gas flowmeters 33 are provided near the shutters 13, 16, 17, controlled so that the nitrogen introduced into the furnace is fed out of the furnace via the gap, thereby preventing the invasion of oxygen gas from the gap.
