Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deoxidation apparatus and a production method of a deoxidized water that produce deoxidized water having fine-particle contamination reduced and low salt concentration, with high productivity using inexpensive equipment.SOLUTION: Deoxidized water is produced in a deoxidation apparatus 1 including a filtration unit 10 for removing fine particles contained in raw water by filtration, a first desalination unit 20 for subjecting the treated water by filtration to primary desalination using a separation membrane, deoxidant supply means 30 for supplying a deoxidant to the treated water subjected to the primary desalination, a reaction unit 120 for subjecting the treated water supplied with the deoxidant to deoxidation reaction, and a second desalination unit 50 for subjecting the treated water subjected to the desalination reaction to second salination using a separation membrane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
