Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen saturation degree measuring device for the ocular fundus capable of acquiring three-dimensional information on a blood vessel position and three-dimensional information on an oxygen saturation degree of blood flowing through a blood vessel in the ocular fundus.SOLUTION: An oxygen saturation degree measuring device includes a light emission part, an optical demultiplexer, an optical scanning part, an interference light generation part, a light detection part, and a processing part. The processing part generates three-dimensional information on a blood vessel position in the ocular fundus based on a plurality of first detection images or a plurality of second detection images acquired when a measurement light is applied onto the ocular fundus a plurality of times at mutually different timings. The processing part generates three-dimensional information on an oxygen saturation degree of the ocular fundus based on a first detection image and a second detection image acquired when a first measurement light and a second measurement light are applied onto the ocular fundus simultaneously. The processing part associates the three-dimensional information on the blood vessel position with the three-dimensional information on the oxygen saturation degree of the ocular fundus, and generates three-dimensional information on the oxygen saturation degree of blood flowing through the blood vessel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
