The deoxygenating composition comprises (i) a cyclohexene copolymer comprising at least one (a) ethylene or substituted ethylene unit and (b) unsubstituted and/or substituted cyclohexene unit(s), (ii) a transition metal catalyst, (iii) optionally, a photoinitiator and (iv) optionally, a polymer diluent.
