An oxygen supplier for a seat comprises: a duct 14 for allowing air to pass and flow by the operation of a ventilation fan 12; an oxygen-enriched film unit 16 which is stored in the duct and obtained by laminating a prescribed number of oxygen-enriched film modules 16a; a vacuum pump 18 for blowing the high concentration oxygen generated via the oxygen-enriched film unit to the outer part of the duct by suction; and an outlet member 20 which is arranged at the end of a passage for blowing the high concentration oxygen with the vacuum pump, so as to discharge the high concentration oxygen. A Peltier element unit 50 for generating a Peltier effect is disposed in the duct by arranging its heat generating part 50a. The heat absorbing part 50b of the Peltier element unit is interposed in a blow pipe 30 serving as the blow passage from the vacuum pump.
