Abstract:
PURPOSE: Ozone generating apparatus having a flowing tube for liq. O2 arranged in a vapour phase of a closed vessel and a flowing tube for O2/O3 - mixed gas arranged in a liq. phase of the vessel, with a condensable medium for conveying heat enclosed in the vessel, in which apparatus O2 gas is formed from liq. O2 and liq. O3 is formed from mixed gas by indirect heat exchange.
