Abstract:
To provide an ozone generator capable of improving durability.
An ozone generator 1 is constituted of an ozone generating chamber 9 in which an ozone generating part 16 and a fan 15 are arranged, and a power supply chamber 8 in which a power supply unit 21 including a control device 22 is arranged. In the control device 22, when ozone generation is started, the fan 15 is operated for a prescribed time t1, and then a current is applied to the ozone generating part 16, and when ozone generation is stopped, the current applied to the ozone generating part 16 is stopped, and after elapse of a prescribed time t2, the fan 15 is stopped.
