To provide an ozone ice making apparatus capable of easily making ozone ice not including poisonous NOx which ice is advantageously applicable to sterilization, decoloring, deodorizing, etc., in storage and transportation of vegetables and fruits and fresh fishes.

Ozone ice 27a is made by bringing gas containing NOx and ozone yielded by supplying air to an ozone producer 21 into contact with water to remove NOx, and then cooling ozone water 25 produced by allowing the gas to be absorbed into water with an ice making machine 26. Further, the gas including ozone from which NOx is removed is brought into contact with and absorbed by mist like water atomized with grinding means such as a spray to obtain ozone water. The ozone water is cooled with the ice making machine 26 whereby the ozone ice 27a containing high concentration ozone but not containing NOx can be easily made.
