To provide an ozone liquid generation apparatus in which back flow of ozone liquid from a gas-liquid separator to a gas-liquid mixer, that occurs when internal pressure of the gas-liquid separator exceeds the gas suction pressure of the gas-liquid mixer, is prevented and to provide an ozone liquid generation method.
The ozone liquid generation apparatus is provided with an ozone generation means for generating gaseous ozone, a gas-liquid mixing means which mixes gaseous ozone and liquid to generate the ozone liquid, a liquid storage tank for separating the ozone liquid into gas and liquid, a gas suction means for introducing gas from the outside, a gas pressure detecting means for detecting pressure in the liquid storing tank, a suction pressure detecting means for detecting gas suction pressure into the gas-liquid mixing means and a pressure controlling means for controlling the gas pressure or the suction pressure.
