To provide an ozone generation device which prevents the leakage of an ozone gas together with an ozone liquid upon the drainage of the ozone liquid and which prevents the decrease of the recycling rate of the ozone gas when the device is a circulation type ozone liquid generation device, and to provide an ozone liquid generation method.
The ozone liquid generation device includes an ozone generation means which generates an ozone gas, a gas-liquid mixing means which mixes the ozone gas with a liquid to produce an ozone liquid, a liquid storage tank to separate the ozone liquid into gas and liquid, a water level detection means for detecting the water level of the ozone liquid within the liquid storage tank and a water level control means which controls the water level of the ozone liquid within the liquid storage tank.
