To provide an ozone liquid generator preventing leakage of ozone gas due to a decrease in water level in an ozone liquid tank when discharging ozone liquid after the ozone liquid generator is stopped, in the ozone liquid generator.
In an ozone liquid generator including an ozone generator for generating ozone gas, a gas-liquid mixer for mixing the ozone gas and liquid to generate ozone liquid; a gas-liquid separator for performing gas-liquid separation of the ozone liquid; an opening/closing controller for controlling the flow of gas lead out from a gas lead-out port of the gas-liquid separator in accordance with a liquid storage amount of the gas-liquid separator; and a gas introducer having a check valve, for introducing gas to the ozone liquid generator from the outside. A valve opening pressure is set to the check valve. The valve opening pressure is equal to or more than a water head difference from a water level in which the ozone gas does not leak from a water discharge port in the gas-liquid separation means to a water level of the water discharge port.
